By using our website to purchase calendars and DVDs, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). The total cost of your order is displayed at checkout and includes delivery and GST charges.

2. Shipping and Delivery
Glamcorp will ship anywhere you want us to. There are a couple of things to consider.

We can control how quickly we pack your calendar and get it on the way. We usually do this within 2-4 working days of receiving your order. We have no control over carrier services such as Couriers and Australia Post etc.
We will encourage them to do their best so let us know how they are performing. Generally it will take 2 – 7 days to get items to you within Australia, and just a bit longer to New Zealand and other countries (8 – 14 days).
So if you must have it for Christmas day or some other special event don’t leave it too late.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the items you choose and your location. This cost is calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before you check out.

3. Customer Service
You are important to us, and we hope you feel that way.
The quality of our products is important to us. The time our product takes to get to you matters. If it’s on our site it should be in stock and correctly priced.
If we come up short on any of these measures, we will endeavour to communicate with you promptly and correct our mistakes. When we come up short you should let us know so we can make alternative arrangements and if necessary refund your money.

4. Return Policy
If the calendar or item we supply you doesn’t work for some reason then we’ll happily give you a refund. Knowing about faulty products helps us to better service all our customers. This is why we are happy to refund your money when our products aren’t up to scratch.

However if you simply change your mind, or your friend didn’t like their gift, we are not so inclined to incur the cost of additional shipping and processing. So please choose carefully.

5. Copyright
On our site we share images and information that has cost us a lot of valuable time and cost to create. We ask that you respect this.
As such we remind you that these things are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial (except in relation to your purchase) use.
They should not be downloaded or copied. No right, title or interest of any downloaded material is transferred to you as a result of any download or copy.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the site.

6. Security
When purchasing from Glamcorp your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

7. This website uses Google AdWords Remarketing

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the calendars.com.au website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Visitors can opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager.
